Summary
We are looking for a strong, self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for owning the definition, execution and delivery of customer-facing marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and proven track record of successfully producing projects and implementing JIRA workflows.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the delivery of digital marketing solutions for multiple clients in a variety of industries
- Collaborate with graphic designers, UX designers, mobile developers, front and back-end web developers, and QA analysts to create and maintain responsive websites, native mobile apps, and other digital experiences
- Ensure that objectives are completed on time and on budget, exceeding our clients’ expectations and providing a smooth user experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating their goals into actionable project requirements for our team, and setting expectations throughout the project
- Implement JIRA workflow
- Define and track tasks, processes, schedules, and budgets
- Provide analytics to client, monitoring and tracking measures of success
- Proactively identify, escalate and propose solutions to issues including resourcing, time and budget constraints
- Facilitate daily standups, lead sprint planning and sprint reviews
- Create tickets and manage agile sprint board
- Align our creative and development teams to keep projects moving forward toward the common vision
- Help drive the client’s long-term roadmap, making data-driven suggestions for future initiatives
- Work with the team to estimate level of effort for projects
- Improve, refine and enhance operational delivery processes
Requirements and Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with C-Level Executives
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated success with working on complex projects and partnerships
- Collaborative team player who excels when getting both positive and negative feedback from the team and/or clients
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading Agile development processes
- Great planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Strong understanding of web and mobile best practices
- Able to implement and use JIRA workflows, burn down and velocity reporting
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with both technical and creative professionals
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output agency setting
Physical Requirements
Employee will be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will also be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to twenty pounds.
